Resident has put out more debris after bulk pick up. So now the resident is dumping on both sides of the street. Both spots has more debris than allowed on bulk day

They are also parked on the lawn. There is also privacy fence at the city sidewalk. Privacy fences are only allowed from the front wall of the houses to the rear of the lot. 4 ft cyclone fences allowed around front yards

I’ve call NPO at 313-596-5620 as directed by my local precinct. Line just rings and rings then disconnects. Should I reach out to councilman Durhal’s office? That is going to remain there for weeks, like the debris across from it. Waste Management is not going to pick this up. Please escalate this!!

The Npo line has been dysfunctional for years. DPD management knows about it and must not care because it’s gone out now for years. Normally I would say don’t waste your time with Fred but since it’s an election year, perhaps someone will respond.
