Description

Residents at 2911 N Rio Verde Dr have extensive overgrown trees which they claim are on the COT wash easement and not their responsibility. They state they previously contacted COT about tree trimming and removal and marked the trees in question and no action was taken by COT. Trees are now leaning and branches encroaching on the 7350 E Rio Verde Dr residents property and cause a potential for damage to the residents home if any of the trees in question were to fall in the direction they are leaning.
