I ran by on the trail north of the intersection. There is another section of the boat about 300m north from the intersection between the trail and road. Who does this kind of stuff?

Thanks to the New Haven Parks Department and Ranger Dan, this part of the boat was removed. The other part is still around though. Dan said he'd try and take care of it as well. Will keep ya'll informed.
