Why is there so much litter on Beach Street? This is the worst I've seen it to date. Was it a result of plowing? Chicks parking lot is flowing with garbage as well as the walkway to westwalk. Is this something the City is supposed to clean. It looks really bad, a beautiful area shouldnt look like a dump.
