A. Mice are in every room of the apartment. Including the ceilings. Live and dead mice and droppings are found in clothes, beds, cabinets, and throughout the apartment. There is mold in the bathroom. About once per month there is a rain heavy enough to flood the basement resulting in the hot water no functioning for a day or two each month. None of the windows in the apartment have working locks.
