Q. Kitchen waste, bags of garbage, overfull garbage can (NOT junk and debris—use Residential Property Maintenance). We must first mail a letter to the owner of the property as shown on the County Assessor’s page and a letter to the occupant, if a single family dwelling and it is a rental. We will inspect one week after the letter is mailed. If Health Code violations are found, photos are taken and mailed with a certified letter to the owner and occupant. It is reinspected in a week and if the Health Code violation is still present an abatement may be done. The City of Lincoln cannot guarantee your anonymity should you elect to submit information via UpLNK.
