3 dogs roaming around about 3 weeks at address, doesn't seem to belong to anybody howls and barks at night, 1 dog may have died heard howling like dog was in a trap of some sort, saw 5 or 6 vultures swarming around back yard 2 weeks ago called animal control twice and left messages have had no return call
