Description
This two unit rental has palm fronds stored outside of its fence on the 2nd Ave. N. in the far corner. of its lot and visible from 74th St. N. Not too long ago they were storing wooden pallets outside of this same fence. Apparently if they can't see it, they don't realize that the rest of the neighborhood can.
