The NTOR sign came down at this intersection (Norton turning onto Whalley) during the winter and has never been replaced.

Two and a half months later, the sign is still not back up.

January 8, 2016, the sign is still not replaced. Pedestrians need to cross this intersection, and how do you think that goes without a NTOR sign?? If you expect drivers to follow traffic rules, you need to have the proper signage.
