Bicyclists and skateboarders routinely practice dangerous (although skilled) maneuvers in the median in front of the Ferry Building. Skateboards often fly out of control when a stunt goes awry, and fly out into traffic, or worse- into a passing pedestrian. Enforcement is desperately needed here.
