Description
My recycling can was supposed to be emptied on Friday, 3/29/24. It was not and I called early in the afternoon to request a special pickup. I was told someone would empty the can; they did not. I have since called two additional times; each time being assured someone would empty my can, they did not. It is now 4/6/24 - my can remains full, sitting in the alley. This situation happens repeatedly. At least once every third scheduled pick-up. What is going on? The can is out the night before, placed away from other containers of all types, facing the requested direction in the alley. I ended up replacing a $125 tire by taking my items to the Walter Fuller drop-off location and picking up a nail. Never again. Let's get with it, people!!!
