Q. Please describe the issue
A. This has been an ongoing issue with this property for years simply put the junk fence that has been built with wheels at the base of it is approximately 5 1/2 feet beyond the build lines for this neighborhood in the previous complaint about this home and the junk piled up around it a code enforcement officer stated during his inspection that the homeowner threatened to sue the city for harassment. Please do what you have to take care of this issue and have this fence removed! the surrounding neighbors have had enough and trust me when I say one person threatening to sue. The city is a lot better than six.
Q. Can it be seen from the street? If not, dividing fences must be handled in civil court.
