6 Northey Street has had a yard waste bag, which is full and heavy to the point of being unmoveable, sitting in the middle of the public sidewalk for over a week. The yard waste collectors did not pick it up, evidently, but it has now become a public problem by hindering sidewalk access.

We need to talk to our neighbors instead of asking the city to do it for us. It creates a better neighborhood and allows the city to focus on more pressing issues than writing a citation for something petty.
Don't get me wrong, I've been guilty of this myself, but anytime I take the few minutes to have the 1:1 conversation I've walked away with a better relationship with my neighbors.
