Description
We have 9 pine trees lining our property. None of the trees are on our property and for two seasons in a row we have had damage to our home or personal backyard property from these trees. We were told by a recent tree company that they are extremely unsafe for our home and if more fall they will cause more damage directly to my home.

Q. Why does this tree need to be inspected?
A. These trees tower over my home and large portions of the tree have fallen down. Last year we had damage to our backyard and this year we have over $30k worth of damage to our home from these trees including putting multiple holes in our roof leading to water damage, fence and shed damage, deck damage, and out door furniture damage. In addition, these trees are also putting the home at 20 Maravista Rd at risk. This most recent storm, the tree that came down also hit the edge of 20 Maravista Rd. home damaging the edge of their roof and his gutter.

Q. Please provide a detailed location of the tree at this address.
A. From street view looking at 18 Maravista there are 9 trees the line the right side of my property. The first 5 you can see from the front of the home the other 4 can be seen from my backyard.
