Description
DEQ referred to PCDOT: Per the constituent large metal advertising sign for Valley View Apartments is completely blocking the sidewalk/right of way along 1st Avenue. This is not only a code violation but is also a hazard to the travelling public and especially for those with mobility limitations. Signage across from the First & River Self Storage building.
