The residents/owners of Rincon Towers maintain the white zone in front of the entrance to Rincon Towers Apartments, 88 Howard Street. The postal service routinely stations multiple delivery vehicles in the white zone, without regard for the residents of the building, who are the rightful users of the white zone. The Postal Service refuses to use their own temporary parking spaces, located on the P1 basement level in the Rincon Center Garage, instead choosing to block the white zone in front of Rincon Towers, often for hours at a time.
