Unable to comment or make a request on a closed/archived request, I have submitted a screen shot of request I made 2 years ago and was dismissed because it was functioning properly. Now 2 years later, it has to be fixed because there's an emergency. I suspect the emergency is my neighbors recent electrical problem (same thing has occurred at least twice in the last 6 to 8 months with her house and her next door neighbor but no one seemed concerned besides the people it happened to) . Now I see all kinds of utility markings, some look like they are out of the easement, and close to the two new trees that were planted to replace the one that was lost because of entergy/jlc. Btw, we weren't having these issues before this "upgrade" work started.
