Description

Carlos is reporting the vehicle that has been stripped. It is missing a lot of parts such as the doors, the hood and the roof. He did mention that the vehicle has been tagged already but has not been picked up. It has been more than the time provided on the tag. He also mentioned that the vehicle was located more on Jones but has now been moved towards Silverlake. It is not obstructing the roadway.
