Description

This picture was taken at 3:30 today and I am aware that there was heavy rain this afternoon but newton ave from just past 4th street through to 5th street intersection is completely flooded. This area is not water front at all. Why is this the only area flooded? This has been a long on going situation whenever there is heavy rain. This flooding even extends into the parking area of nearby businesses. I have been operating a business here for 10 years now and the situation seems to only be getting worse instead of flooding being rare it seems to have increased in frequency to anytime there is heavy rain.
