My next door neighbor is a young man who inherited a little house in Del Ray when his grandmother died. Since he's moved in, he and his friends get drunk, sing and make a general racket almost nightly - from 3am-5am. Calls to the police have done nothing, nor has an online complaint filed with the City of Alexandria. Aside from murdering him, what recourse do I have?
