Description

Groundwater is flowing out of a broken under drain running onto down edge of road causing ice over the winter and now multiple sections of delaminated pavement and potholes. If the under drain had been fixed like it should have been the city would not have needed to oversalt on a constant basis and have to now fix multiple potholes and areas of pavement cracking.
Please address this.
