We are the only neighborhood on Higley that doesn’t have a traffic signal and it is very difficult to exit the neighborhood in a safe manner with the speeds that people drive and the amount of traffic. Everyone including myself will have to account for the few extra minutes the traffic signal will add to your daily commute. I’m glad to see the traffic light be placed at the intersection of Higley and Queen Creek for the fact people will hopefully slow down and there not be so many accidents.

Keep up the excellent work, Gilbert. That traffic light has been needed and asked for for years, and now it’s happening; Thank You. And, with the Gilbert Regional Park about to further expand, it’ll be more needed than ever for the safety of everyone, the residents seeking ingress/egrees at the Bridges, and for law enforcement to better control traffic. Keep up the good work.

Thank you for finally installing a traffic light at Higley and Bridges Blvd. It will be much safer for residents to walk across Higley to go to Gilbert Regional Park. Also turning left unto Higley will be easier and safer to navigate. Not sure where the author got neighborhood information that 90% of the community were opposed to this light. I believe it will be very popular having the light.
