This yard needs cleaned up. The broken pieces the furniture need to be picked up and cleaned up Has been out of code for a while. Up the street is a wrecked car sitting in the driveway. On Ophelia there's a trailer house sitting sideways in the front yard. Has been violating code for years. All they're doing is depreciating the neighborhood and Maumelle code is helping them out. Can we get this neighborhood up to code and stop people from selling and turning into rental houses. You have codes on the books it does not list excuses to violate the code.
