I legit bought a house so neighbors couldnt complain about my music during the day. Quiet hours are usual from 10pm-6am in any apartment complex. To try to control what others do in their own home seems ridiculous. Appears the reporting person needs to move where neighbors are few and far apart and not live in a neighborhood setting.
