Description

there's been an abandoned white SUV Chevy Suburban in front of this address for over a week now. homeless addicts are using drugs in it, making it their shelter. putting a sticker on the driver side window only makes it worse. please remove this vehicle from this street as it is only attracting more crime. three APD cruisers just drove by as 4 addicts were vandalizing/using drugs in it. absolutely ridiculous. no wonder these homeless criminals think they can do whatever tf they want, because they CAN! zero laws are EVER enforced on them! why?
