Description
Trash left in pile on side of road. If you go west on Thornton Ave. and when you enter the National Wildlife Refuge property it is on the right side and about 100 yards past the last house. It is mostly vegetation as well as broken trellis pieces.

I went to the sight and somebody had scattered the debris but I have put it back in a pile and it is just off the road. It is located on Thornton Ave. west of Willow Ave. just past the last house going west bound. It lies adjacent to the Refuge and is very close to where the Newark police have truck inspections. You can call me at 792-0152 if you have any questions. The debris consists of bushes pulled out along with redwood espalier stakes. I regularly clean up the trash up in the area as a volunteer for the city and the refuge.
