THE OWNER DOES NOT KEEP THE PROPERTY CLEAN OR UP TO DATE..THE GRASS IS VERY HIGH AND HE DOESNT CLEAN IT UNLESS WE CONTACT THE CITY ON HIM..I DONT FEEL COMFORTABLE GOIN IN MY YARD BECAUSE OF THE HEIGHT OF THE GRASS..IM SCARED TO WALK PASS THE HOUSE BECAUSE YOU JUST DONT KNOW IF SOMETHING WILL COME OUT THE GRASS. I DONT WANT TO DRAW NO CREATURES AROUND MY HOUSE.
