I have submitted this complaint to Code Enforcement; however, accessory structures that are less than 120sqft and do not contain plumbing or electric work do not require a permit and therefore do not have to be up to code. Unsightly means Blight ! It looks like garbage cause it is. If I have to get lawyers involved to get you to do your job, then get ready cause it's coming.
