I can't understand how it is right that this man can drain his excess water into my already wet yard.
I have invested @12,000 over my 45 years in my home to keep water out of my cellar.
I have 4 pools in the back ,,,draining into my yard.
Well I guess they can cut their grass whenever they want....and I have to wait for my yard to dry.
If private owner of property A is impacting private property B then it is a matter to be settled in a civil court. Suggest you speak to an attorney, or reach out to the Bar Association, www.hartfordbar.com.
