Description
Intersection between Gardner Ave & Summit Ave. Cars are frequently parked at or near the intersection, making it dangerous to cross this intersection. There used to be a No parking sign that was removed (see picture). Requesting to re-install the sign and paint the sidewalk yellow to mark a no-parking zone.

According to TITLE 39 - MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC REGULATION
39:4-138
Parking is not permitted "Within 25 feet of the nearest crosswalk or side line of a street "
PREVIOUS REQUEST WAS OPEN FOR MORE THAN A YEAR AND CLOSED WITHOUT ANY WORK PERFORMED!!!
