This property at 601 Fairway View Drive is a real nuisance in our neighborhood. They are yearly repeat offenders and numerous times last year several different parties reported this property to the Village.

Can’t anything be done to better address this issue to get this deadbeat property to comply with common courtesy/maintaining mowed yards/weeds?!

A violation notice has already been mailed out to this property owner for the grass violation. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
