Description

Substandard Shed. Roof caving due to rafters unattached.
It had plastic top over for over a year and a half.
This structure is dangerous as it stand, and if not fixed it will deteriorate further.
Damage cannot be seen from street. It can be seen from any of the properties on w Michigan ave that are directly behind that property - that would be 1305, and 1307 W Michigan.
