Description
1830 24th Ave N has been filled to brimming with an unlicensed trailer, an abandoned truck, and lot full of building materials and much vegetation that has been growing on and through the roof into the house for at least 5 years. It and the house next to it owned by the same person, at 1828, are abandoned. Often I can see the sunlight coming through the from windown from outside the roof. We know that means a hole in the roof. I think it is ready to come down and get cleaned up. This guy has been doing this for years and codes does zip. Please as it is lowering our property values.
