Q. What is the nature of the problem? Please describe in detail.
A. Vacant house thats having interior work done. I believe the owner lives in new york there had been a couple guys there a couple weeks ago ripping up old flooring. They have made big piles of old wood against the fence between the yards. The wood smells of old cat urine so strong my whole back yard stinks and its tough to be out there and have my children play. The work at the house has been slow at best and im worried this wood will sit there awhile before its removed. What can be done?
