Description
Electrical outlets spark, panel box has no cover. Front door doesn't close properly, need steps outside sliding glass doors at back of unit. Windows do not open, several are missing screens. Leak from apt. above has caused damage to kitchen ceiling. Sewage running down kitchen wall behind stove has not been cleaned.
