Description
This guy has been parking his massive ditch witch truck here for the past year on and off, sometimes for weeks at a time. He uses the public road as his personal commercial parking for this massive truck. On top of that he has done it in front of our beautiful park. I am pretty sure he lives in one of the houses around the corner because I see other "drilling wrkz" trucks parked at that house too. Please remove this nuisance from our roads and park asap.

We pay tons of taxes too, just like everyone else that lives in this neighborhood. If you pay so much in taxes, you should be the first one who does their part to make this neighborhood better instead of bullying people that are reporting this here in the city app.
We live here just like you, and we have seen this thing parked for weeks at a time for a year+ now. I never went and reported it before because I gave it the benefit of the doubt (we own our own businesses too and we get it can be tough at times), and I thought maybe you had a temporary tough time. But it’s clear now that you’re just taking advantage of the situation. I’ll relax once this it’s gone, until then I’ll be doing my part to have the city remove it. I hope you see the hypocrisy in your statement and move this to a more appropriate location yourself, instead of making it your neighbors’ problem. If you really believe it’s fine, park it in front of your own house - I guess you paid for that too, so by your logic it belongs in your driveway.

I'm not bullying anyone. I have told you it'll be on a jobsite soon. I have spoken to the city about it also. (For whom i do work for too) i have parked it here when it was convenient sure, but it's in between jobs that this overlap happens, as it has 2 times since I've been in business. An actually, the drill just arrived last week. The big vac truck was here yes, but i picked up the drill to take it to the jobsite. (Which got pushed another week).
Find something else to complain about.
And when someone steals 50k from breaking into your business you'd want your stuff as close to you as possible too.
Again, I'm easy to find.

And it's not my neighbors problem, it's not blocking any driveways....fire trucks have room to pass through. And it's not in front of a hydrant. You're only complaint is that it's an (eyesore?)
Go around and post pics of everyone's yard that is an eyesore.

So because you do work with the city, you have an in with them to get a special pass for this? That's not right, and you know it. That's called corruption.
That's too bad someone stole money from your business. I legitimately empathize with you on that, but that doesn't justify this. You can rent a space at an industrial lot with a security guard - they could watch it 24 hours a day for you.
If it's on a jobsite tomorrow and doesn't show up here again, that's fantastic. If you've got an in with the city, I can find the appropriate state level departments to deal with it too if you'd prefer.
And you are bullying people. I saw what you posted in the other threads. And you're in this thread constantly making low brow threats encouraging me to come over to your place. Nice try, but no thank you.
And regarding other people's yards, we're on the same page that there are some eyesores out there. But that's private property, so I don't have anything to report here. Park your equipment in your own yard. On public property it is your neighbors' problem. Comparing a massive set of industrial equipment being stowed on a public road to old folks' yards in disrepair is an absolute joke.
Find somewhere else to park it and I'll find something else to complain about. If you care so much about the neighborhood and other peoples' yards like I do, stop adding to the problems with your ditch witch. If everyone has this attitude, this neighborhood will never get better. You know why Palo Alto doesn't have these problems? Because people in that city don't behave like this, and they all do their part to make it a great city to live in.
I love Milpitas, I love America, and I will never stop exercising my rights as a citizen to make this a better place to live for all of us.

To the City representative that closed this, I am reopening this. If you want to close it again, please first address the issue by having this industrial equipment removed.
The neighborhood would also love to hear explain exactly why and how this is acceptable. This person having a contract with the city and getting a special pass is not an acceptable reason, and we would be happy to escalate this to the mayor and city council (and beyond if required).

I don't work for the city, not in the way you say or think, but i DO work. So this city isn't corrupt. They've spoken to me.
Again. You're just crying wolf. Using city resources to try and get your way is a form of bullying. Do you not see that?
Perhaps email Gavin newsom. Maybe he'll try and clean up the streets. And Exercise Your rights all you want as i'm going to do the same.
And it'll be off the street in another week. Until then, keep taking pics. That or at least have the balls to face me and not hide behind a computer screen. That's not a threat, that's Me exercising my freedom. That freedom that's afforded to us Americans.
You love America, you love your city, but you waste tax payers money? Talk about Hypocrisy. Again. I know ppl like you, and i know who you are. And i know you'd never have the courage to stand up and say it with you chest, so... yea. Keep crying.

If you wanna address a real problem, id love to show you the "in violation" registered sex offenders around the neighborhood.
Unless you wanna talk about that, let's give this a week and it'll be moved. You've got my word on that. Deal?
Kurtis (Registered User)
Let's address the "in violation" offenders that are in our community. How about that?
Hey, all bs, you have my word, in another week it'll be gone.
I'm not going to say permanently, but it'll be gone for a considerable amount of time.

You're right. You can exercise your right to talk about "balls" and wasting tax payer money as you sit behind your own computer screen typing up your responses on a tax payer funded web app, where we all get to pay taxes to have them store and transmit your rants.
I'll exercise my rights by getting your ditch witch removed and improving the neighborhood. Some of us exercise our rights to improve the neighborhood and nation, and others exercise their rights by threatening their fellow Americans and trying to pick fights. Some people also exercise their rights by deflecting their own bad behavior by pointing at the yards of their neighbors, many of whom are old and disabled veterans.
Courageous men don't threaten and bully their neighbors when they're called out on their bad behavior. Courageous men admit when they're doing something wrong and improve themselves and their country.
You're preaching to the choir on improving the rest of the community and addressing crime (which by the way, Milpitas PD fortunately does a great job with given the situation). I would love that. The rest of us aren't happy either about seeing our neighborhoods, state, and country worsen. But you can start making an immediate improvement by removing your ditch witch. Or you can keep trying to argue here, but beyond this I'll just take it up directly with the city because clearly you don't want to change your behavior and are more focused on blaming everyone else.
