Description

There is a water leak at Loma del Norte Park, just west of the tennis courts It appears to be coming from one of the underground irrigation boxes The irrigation box is full of water (I lifted the lid to confirm the source of the leak)
The water is trickling down & over the unpacked path that circles around the tennis courts
