This is in reference to 16341726. When an attorney and I review the online documents with the register of deeds, we noticed that for my lot 144, the drainage easement is clearly marked and dedicated "for public use" by the original developer in 1968. Given this, I'd like to better understand why you suggest this drainage is on private property. And yes, I'm stll requesting the town's assistance and commitment with this matter.
