Resident called stating he waited longer than three weeks for a bagged lawn debris pickup, he finally came home yesterday evening to find one or two of the bags must have ripped open during pickup and the driver left debris all over the street and his yard. Frustrated not only at the fact of having to wait longer than 10 business days for pickup but also had to clean up the debris left behind from the pickup.
