I know this has been reported multiple times. Rent a centrer has visibly decomposing furniture all over their parking lot. When will the city take action??

I will be closing this issue as a duplicate. It does not mean the issue is closed.
When it was first reported a code enforcement staff member went to the business to explain that picking up the furniture/trash out back was required. They were cleaned when that employee was there.
When the problem persisted, I left a message at the company corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas asking them to contact the store because city requests to have the property cleaned up were unsuccessful. My message included the information that many neighbors are unhappy that the business looks like a dump.
We will be following up.
