Description
There are many new dog walkers on the street. many do not leash their dogs and very few are picking up their dogs waste. I thought this was an ordinance, or law. Please enforce it.

JJ,
Thanks for using the SCF system.
I've asked the Animal Control officer to make periodic checks on the area to check on how pet owners are controlling their dogs. He will keep his eye on the situation the next few weeks to try and advise folks on proper procedures.
