Description

This house is a garbage house with broken toys, garbage, discarded food, tall uncut lawn and weeds, personal items covering front side walk and spewing out onto the street for cars to run over. this is also a safety hazard for the elderly and handicapped residents who can not use the side walk and must go around the garbage and yard waste into the street. The inside of this house is a hoarder house as well. There are 2 girls living in this garbage with their mother, it is a sad situation.
