The city won't do anything. It's on private property. I had that with my neighbor's tree. and it fell on my property. And did over $3,000 in damages. I had to take him to court and he lied about the tree. Good Luck It is BS, On top of it I'm on SSA and a fixed income. The city told me sorry you're screwed. And I was. They won't come out of their house if we are outside. Sad.
