While walking on the west side of mercerwood dr this morning i smelled gas (natural gas, not sewer) approximately 6 feet to the north of the driveway. A passing neighbor me told they have occasionally smelled gas in this location too. I listed sewer gas as i could not find one for outdoor natural gas odor
