Berewick’s unscrupulous developer has left commercial signs, advertising now defunct sales offices, installed on the public right of way. These sings are on City of Charlotte property. The signs obstruct resident’s views while pulling out of their driveways. The developer should be ticketed by the city for having these ILLEGAL sings installed and refusing to remove them.
