Hi Mr/s Anonymous - Since you didn't leave your name, I'm not sure if I have spoken with you at one of the neighborhood Block Watches, management teams or community events were this issue has been discussed, but, to answer your concern, Pearl is part of the same program I'm trying to institute into all of the southern portion of our neighborhood - which is a serious reinvestment in the public infrastructure which has been ignored in East Rock for decades- it started on Eld with tree planting, then Bradley then Pearl and Pleasant, followed by sidewalks on Eld, then Bradley and hopefully Pearl/Pleasant next year, followed by paving on Eld this year, followed by Bradley, etc, etc..
