Still not fixed. Supposedly this is a private road (i.e. owner can put up stop signs if he wishes) so maybe he does not have to fix traffic lights. Crazy.

That is correct. These are private roads owned and maintained by the mall owers. The Road Commission has no jurisdiction or involvment in private roads.

Since it's not owned by the county how about the county letting the owner know. Stop passing the buck Oakland county.

Ditto - my thoughts exactly. That whole street is crazy. Stop signs for no reason anymore since there is very little to no four way traffic.

Why is Oakland County passing the buck? Does the county tell you what to do with you property? So then whey would the tell the owner of Summit Place to fix their light. Use your brain people and stop blaming people who have no control over the issue.

I've contacted a representative of the mall and a county commissioner, so hopefully this will be taken care of before someone is in an injury accident.

No change - no one cares - perhaps the issue should be closed. I'm done contacting the people that are responsible. It's only the "little" people that are held responsible for their actions or lack thereof.

Light is crooked but if you may be able to see the light. Fixing this light took way too long and was almost criminal.
