Water/Sewer Dept crew repaired the water service box cover. I will forward the side walk issue to the Highway Dept.

Water & Sewer Division Supervisor assigned this issue to Highway / Sanitation / Recycling Division Supervisor.

Please see attached photo, this is not fixed. I have two bricks covering the hole so no steps in it.

The Water/Sewer Dept will send someone out today.

The Water/Sewer staff inspected the issue today. It is a gas service box, not a water service box. You will need to contact Eversource at 800-592-2000 to have the issue repaired.
