I know the repair has to be done by the manufacturer. We are hoping to get them out here as quickly as we can. We are very frustrated that it has not been fixed yet.

What do you mean that you want to "VOTE ON THIS RE-OPENED ISSUE!"
The play equipment is still broken.

I mean: when DPW "closes" an issue that has not been fixed, and someone then re-opens it, the voting should re-start again, too. This is an issue for the SeeClickFix programmers to write new code to facilitate renewed voting on re-opened issues.
