Description

There is NO yield sign for turning lane of the 12th St signal light. Coming from East of matthews to exit onto 12th street I am often faced with cars in the turning lane speeding ahead instead of waiting for the driver on the East side of Matthews Ave.There is NO turn lane on the East side of Matthews Ave. This has become a problem and is going to cause an accident. I am attaching an image below.
